Your email address (for sign-in), a display name you choose, and the cycle data you log: period dates, and optionally symptoms, flow, mood, and notes.
Your data is stored in a private database (Supabase) used only by this app. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers or analytics companies, and never used to train anything. There are no ads and no third-party trackers in the app.
Nothing is shared with anyone unless you create an invite code and give it to a specific person. People you invite can see your period dates and predictions only. Your symptoms, moods, flow details, and notes are never visible to anyone but you, enforced at the database level. You can revoke anyone's access at any time from the Shiver tab, effective immediately.
Predictions are estimates based on your logged history. They are not medical advice and must not be used as contraception.
Settings → "Delete my account and all data" permanently deletes your account and every record associated with it, immediately and irreversibly.
